When you’re almost ready to eat, place a parchment-lined baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the popsicles from their mold and place on the baking sheet in the freezer. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes. Top the popsicles with the freeze-dried strawberries and serve.
Tips and Tricks
- Can’t find black sesame paste? Use tahini instead! It has the exact same flavor!
- If the black sesame paste looks separated(oil and paste). Add all of it into the blender and pulse until emulsified.
- Use a blender. That way it will be easier to combine the sesame paste with the milk without it clumping up!
- Make it ahead! These popsicles can last for several weeks in the freezer without any problem!
P.S. this is the popsicle mold I use. I bought it a few years ago and it's really good quality.
