Ingredients
- 2 cups Krusteauz
- 1 ⅔ cups water
Instructions
- Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat (375F).
- Whisk pancake mix with water. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand for 3 minutes.
- Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the griddle.
- Cook for 1 ½ minutes per side. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with butter, maple syrup and berries.
