Dirty Shirley
A Dirty Shirley is a grown-up spin on the classic Shirley Temple, made here with vodka, grenadine, and crisp lemon-lime soda.

Ingredients
Batch Cocktail:
- 12 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces grenadine syrup
- 18 ounces lemon-lime soda (like 7up or Sprite), for serving
- maraschino cherries
- ice
Per glass:
- 2 1/2 ounces vodka grenadine mix
- 3 ounces lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- In a small pitcher or deli container, add the vodka and grenadine syrup. Mix it together and transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- When you’re ready to serve, add ice to each glass. Pour in the vodka mixture and top with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry or two and serve.
If you're on a time crunch, shake up individual glasses with lots of ice.

Chilling the vodka and grenadine mixture before serving makes a noticeable difference.
