Fluffiest Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Krusteauz
  • 1 ⅔ cups water

Instructions

  • Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat (375F).
  • Whisk pancake mix with water. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand for 3 minutes.
  • Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the griddle.
  • Cook for 1 ½ minutes per side. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with butter, maple syrup and berries.
