		<description>If you nuke your squash for one minute (I cut it in half, top and bottom), it&#039;s oodles easier to peel and cube.  Did it just tonight with no trouble!</description>

		<description>This soup was completely smooth. And the trick to this is making sure that the butternut squash is totally tender before putting it in the blender.  Honestly, I&#039;ve peeled and cubed it and it&#039;s like a workout! Too much work for me.  It&#039;s so much easier to roast it and I also think roasting it really brings out the flavor.</description>

Is yours completely smooth or does it have any chunks in it? Plus I peeled and cubed my squash and swore to myself I would never do that again. I like your tip of cutting it in half and roasting it. I might actually try again now :)</description>
